About Raymond
Raymond is the Managing Director and Founder of RL Law LLC. Prior to that, he spent more than 22 years at Drew & Napier, where he last held the role of Chief Operating Officer of Drew Network Asia and Head of Business Development. Between 2015 and 2021, he was the Chief Executive Officer of DrewCorp Services Pte Ltd, the corporate services arm of Drew & Napier. He was also a Director in the Corporate Restructuring & Workouts Practice Group during his time with Drew.
Raymond is a Senior Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and serves as an Independent Director of SGX-listed XMH Holdings Ltd, Nippecraft Ltd and ASTI Holdings Ltd. He is also a Senior Consultant with CitadelCorp Pte Ltd, a specialist corporate advisory firm.
He is a Fellow and member of the Management Council of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore, having served as its Chairman between 2022 and 2024.
